Nature has been studied extensively in different areas of human activity, but understanding and variety of nature is endless.
And now, rather than learning it scientifically and examining it in fragments, we need to feel part of it, to be the fruit of its processes and conditions.
During the pandemic isolation my personal feeling was be separated from nature, I felt the lack of being involved, enveloped and touched by her even in the mystical-spiritual sense.
I made the first sketch in November of 2020 when the pomegranate, persimmon, fig trees were in abundance of fruit, which we take and which takes the land. I imagined the movements of the juices in the body of the trees that lead them to bear fruit. I thought of the sky that gives water and the earth that laughs at it. And so many processes in plants, in the earth that we cannot see with the naked eye.
The goal of my work was to represent these currents, correlated movements, visible and invisible, which bring energy to mutual nourishment.
