The Dance of the Leaves

Delicate leaves spin in a circle, held in place by magnets, performing a timid, trembling dance.

They rotate on themselves as they move, evoking the fragile breath of nature. The leaves can be repositioned, added or removed, creating new choreographies each time.

The motion is generated by a magnetic system hidden behind the canvas, driven by an Arduino microcontroller and a servo motor. The rotation — slow and irregular — brings to life a silent, ever-changing dance.

The Dance of the Leaves is an homage to lightness, transformation, and the freedom of living forms. An open work that invites continuous change.
