Kolsoum Rezaie Kahkhaie is an Iranian artist who turns silence into form—each bead, a breath of resistance, remembrance, and care. Working with Miyuki beads in precise handwoven compositions, she creates jewelry that is both a visual language and a quiet act of storytelling.
Born and raised in Iran, she has lived her creative life under constraints that shape not only how art is made, but what it must carry: memory, presence, and survival. Without access to institutional support or international ease, Kolsoum has made her practice her voice—delicate, powerful, and profoundly personal.
Her works are infused with Persian visual culture, natural elements, and the emotional textures of everyday life. Each piece is slow, intentional, and handmade: a quiet defiance against mass production, and a celebration of craft in an age of noise.
She has exhibited internationally, including at Global Village Dubai and Tehran Chamber of Commerce. But her presence on the global stage is still new—emerging not with noise, but with precision and depth. In a world often loud, she offers stillness, and in stillness, she tells.
