It all started at the end of 2018 when I felt the urge to devote myself
to painting.
And once I finished my first piece of art, I knew this is what I love
and want to do.
The power of colour can have a powerful effect on our mood and
well-being. Each colour has its own meaning and can evoke different emotions.
With colours, shapes, and symbols we find access to our soul.
Painting has become a passion for me. It is like magic and a time when I
feel free from constraints and can let my soul wander.
I paint my feelings, experiences, desires, and thoughts that impress me.
For me, colours have extraordinary powers. The variety of colours inspires and
makes me happy!
I deal intensively and largely autodidactically with acrylic painting. I
paint abstractly as well as representationally, figuratively, with a great
affinity to expressionism and contemporary.
My abstraction is not to tell a story but to stimulate the imagination.
The experience of painting is different for everyone, depending on the mood and
personality. The colours are like melody and causes vibration of the soul.
My paintings are the creation of opposites in a variety of rhythms and
textures. In my work I combine different materials to bring them together in
harmony and unity. Some of my pictures are characterized by the sometimes-strong
structures of the embedded materials.
What I love most about painting is the absolute freedom! I love
experimenting with different materials, structures, spatula techniques and colours,
which I bring to the canvas with acrylic paint. This is clearly visible in my
works. That's why my pictures may seem a bit random and why they are of
different styles.
In my work, I realize artistic ideas based on an idea, using a wide
variety of techniques, depending on my emotional state. There are abstract
images, structural images, shapes and colours and "tone-in-tone"
works. My pictures are always created with dedication and passion and often
express my joy in experimental work.
I'm moving in the field of abstract expressionism, more contemporary.
This form of art has no borders - the feelings and emotions are more
important than the regimentation and reason.
My goal is to evoke a sensation or memory of a place that is remembered
or imagined, without literal reference to the landscape.
I participated in numerous international exhibition and competitions.
