Carvallo

Born in Caracas, Oscar Carvallo is an artist, a creative mind, and the artistic director of his own couture brand based in Paris for 24 years - a brand with a unique style and sophistication. After attaining a degree in law and a masters in design at the Domus Academy in Milan, he moved to Paris where he opened his own Maison Couture which has been in the French market since. Oscar has developed a successful career as a fashion designer, and he has collaborated with numerous artists who inspired some of his collections. Along with Carlos Cruz Diez, he created the collection «Voyage Cinétique” . His passion for painting began in childhood and he joined the drawing school at the Louvre Museum. He then studied ancient techniques at the Paris Pictor Art School where he learned the encaustique technique for two years.
