I’m Marie, in my forties, living in the Loire region with my husband and our two kids.
I’ve always loved creating — painting, cross-stitch, theatre, singing, filmmaking, writing...
More than just a passion, it’s something I *need* to feel good.
Talkative, opinionated, often the “clown” of my friend groups, I love making people laugh, sparking debates, and leaving a lasting impression… basically, being memorable.
It all started when I sewed a baby blanket for our second child, using sentimental fabrics from friends and family.
That’s when I realized I could tell stories with my hands and with textiles.
But I’m not one for the easy road... so I looked for a more demanding craft. Bagmaking ticked all the boxes —
as long as I could avoid overproduction and keep artistic freedom.
That’s why today, inspired by my clients’ memories and/or my own finds,
I upcycle meaningful materials into one-of-a-kind pieces —
creations that make people think and feel.
