"In the artwork 'The Last Moment,' I have sought to capture the essence of a moment filled with emotions and contradictions. Although my representation is abstract, it conceals a deep meaning inspired by real-life events related to recent news that marked another tragic chapter in our history, namely the attack during the rave party. The predominance of red evokes passion, love, but also blood and violence, embodying human duality and the innocent blood spilled during the attack.
The delicate and subtle blue represents tears of joy and fear, underscoring the fragility of our existence. The yellow, reminiscent of a harsh and unforgiving desert, symbolizes uncertainty and isolation, as well as the location where the atrocity took place.
This artwork was born from a moment of profound reflection on life's tragedies and our yearning for connection, love, and understanding. The title, 'The Last Moment,' alludes to the transience of life and the need to embrace every moment, as we never know when it might be the last."
