My current abstract work is often inspired by the work of Mondriaan, a famous Dutch painter. He is best known for his works with exclusively straight lines and the 3 primary colors.
I also work with the 3 primary colors in combination with black and white. but I deviate in the line and division of the surface. I like distorted, jagged lines.
I also often add a silhouette.
Genericly, the lines represent the course of our lives. The 3 colors mean that you can put together each color yourself.
The silhouette often says something about your adaptability in a situation you find yourself in.
This work refers to ballerina's, her performance is often abstract in movements.
As standard, my work is printed on acrylic and provided with a sturdy hanging frame at the back.
Other dimensions and surfaces are possible on request.
All shapes and silhouettes are my own work.
