Landscape in augmented reality

What is real?
Can virtual space coincide with physical space? Is it possible to explore a phygital landscape?
A piece of Tarcento territory has been purchased virtually, in a metaverse called Over The Reality. A 3D reworking of the forested landscape of Tarcento (Udine) was modeled on this virtual territory.
The work superimposes this virtual terrain on the respective real terrain, through an augmented reality application.
In this way it is possible to explore a terrain and its corresponding virtual alter-ego at the same time, which is visually superimposed on its physical counterpart.
