"Fisica dell'atmosfera" è una
simulazione virtuale di tre drappi, tramite un algoritmo che ne ha
simulato le increspature, come se fossero sottoposti a un vento di
diversa intensità. in questo caso , la forma delle increspature è
totalmente randomica, cambia solo il numero delle increspature
visibili, che è l'unico parametro da me deciso. Avrei potuto
ottenere infinite diverse combinazioni formali, come se appunto
questo fosse un fazzoletto al vento.
Ciò su cui lavoro è la poetica della
casualità, che esiste nell'universo conosciuto, e che gli algoritmi
generativi sono in grado di ricreare, tramite l'artista che "scrive"
un codice per ri-comporre la realtà.

"Physics of the atmosphere" is a
virtual simulation of three drapes, using an algorithm that simulated
the ripples, as if they were subjected to a wind of different
intensity. in this case, the shape of the ripples is totally random,
only the number of visible ripples changes, which is the only
parameter I decide. I could have obtained infinite different formal
combinations, as if this were just a handkerchief in the wind.
What I work on is the poetics of
chance, which exists in the known universe, and which generative
algorithms are able to recreate, through the artist who "writes"
a code to re-compose reality.
