TuFtUpA S.A.P. (Space for Artistic Practice), is a contemporary Synesthetic Experimentation of Rhythmic signs and Visual Sound. In this marvelous journey, Notari summarizes the audio/visual process into three main points: The mutual conditioning between Visual Art and Music. Unique space-time where the artist generates sounds and signs simultaneously. Improvisation is a pretext for freedom to express one’s own in the present moment.
This tryptic is made With oil pastels, the sound is recorded and looped by a microphone. Then manipulated as the painting surface. The full creation of the artwork is made in the pavilion of the Treehouse Creative Space NDSM, Amsterdam, in October 2021 as a document of the creative process of TuFtuPa and as part of a documentary created by Dilara Erzeybek about the community of artists operating in that area.
