This short video shows the process in the fastest and simplest way that I call Tuftupa. When I paint, most of the time, I like to record sounds I make with oil bars and try to make a soundscape or even a song, to express my inner rhythm in that present moment. Like meditation, this practice brings me to a different level of attention, where sight and hearing meet and create new forms of expression and where the result will be a painting and a composition.
