In German this means playing, including playing an instrument. As performer, Silvia Morandi interacts with a terracotta ocarina, the childhood memory of a loved one. The indissoluble bond with the instrument/sensor amplifies the secret presence of the body/music, the memory, the fibrillation of dark forces. Using a video game aesthetic, the division into four screens fragments the body’s unity in movement while the psychedelic fluorescence of the colours enhances its immaterial presence.
