Live Now! - short drama, art film
written & directed by LilV (Veronika Vivien Biro)
My aim with my work, as an artist and creative person, is to share my experiences and what I learned to help others find a way out from the darkness and to motivate them to work for a happier life.
I wish to show to others how far we can go, if we stop questioning ourselves and that we can do anything if we are willing to pay the price for it.
I processed my fears and insecurities I had once, before I went through my personal spiritual awakening when I succesfully overcame them and started a brand new life. I learned how to be happy and have a fulfilling life three years ago from nothing, both mentally and financially. Not everybody has the priviege to have a second chance, but I was lucky enough to have it.
This short drama, (my first drama) is about unfulfilled wishes. A little reminder to everyone not to forget to live our dreams despite the pressure of everyday life as we may not have the chance or the privilege to fulfill them later.
As I am not just a filmmaker but also an artist, this time I used the movie screen as my canvas, painting feelings and emotions with lots of symbolism through the colors and editing while also adding music to it that I had composed myself.
It was an Award Winner in the Best Drama Category in Paris Film Festivals.
