1st mural painting past Covid-19
June 2020, Mauritius had just come out of its lockdown phase due to the covid-19 pandemic and I wanted to paint something that would cheer up people in my neighborhood. With Music Day was approaching, I got the idea to celebrate it though a piece of street art that would bring out that togetherness through colors.
My choice was easy - One Love by Bob Marley.
The mural is strategically positioned, in the center of Riviere du Rempart, my village and easily accessible to everyone who wants to take a selfie with this huge, colorful and vibrant portrait of Bob.
