“Wrecks of the abyss”

Artistic panel realized with assemblages made with many materials: Mainboards pc assembled on Mdf painted with candles wax, colored ink and enamels. Inspired by and loosely based on Atlanta Atlantide “Truk Lagoon" poem:

"Truk Lagoon" /A blood red sea pigment of algal bloom envelops who no longer have a voice in the realm of silence/ Steel titans sunken in an underwater world full of hidden treasures and forgotten stories/ The waves no longer break on their skeletons, symbols of broken lives/ Marine cathedrals they crystallize time eloquent echo deafening/ Monuments to human madness archaeological ruins turned off in the dying light/ Darkness and macabre beauties dance on the ocean floor/ Wrecks to explore/ Wonders!/ Mystery and unknown loudly tell testimonies to be unveiled far from the living/ Silent song of the sea of sleeping castaways guardians of oblivion invites sailors to listen of daring challenges and buried secrets/ Imperishable memories of the past resurface a warning to reflection of man alone as “guest”/.
