Artwork of an unwoven Palestinian rug, at a group exhibition "Salons- Collections of memory and loss" in the Palestinian interiors AMQF. When we weave, we feel reassured because it is made to last and remain; we feel the rug's presence and physicality when we see it. Through the artwork, I urge the observer to look again at the spun threads and weaving process. Dismantling accompanies the feeling of fear. It could apply to handmade textiles and remind us of what remains.
