The work is about the emergence of the „self“ and the return to the early stage of emergence, when only instinct is present, before experiences take their effect and shape individuals into what they later describe as „self“. A controlled physical "reset“ allows the potentially immortal organism, a certain kind of jellyfish, to begin anew, but in humans it is the lasting effects from the relationship between individual and environment that similarly enable the "self" to endure almost endlessly. What is left when it moves bring together the contrast of the intangible with a physical body and questions immaterial finitude.
