The work refers to the historical context of M. L. King’s statement of “I have a dream,” which represents one of the most iconic speeches in history within the context of human rights. If we were to examine Europe as a community of nations, from the recent affairs concerning ethnic groups, minorities, emigrants etc. we can easily notice that “the Old Continent” also does not live its own dream, especially if we were to take the motto “In varietate concordia” (United in diversity) as a guideline.
