Glass objects -
a painting that appears to be floating
I understand
painting on glass or behind glass - glass objects or spatial images - as an
extension of my two-dimensional painting.
The flat plane
rises for plastic representation.
The neutral
support glass supports the lightness and makes the work seem floating.
Usually there
are at least 2-3 panes placed in front of each other, which cause irritations
in the effect of doubling / multiplying shapes and colors and thus reveal a
language of their own in kinetics.
Tensions arise
for the eye. By moving yourself, changing your position in front of the object,
you can always discover new “images”.
