"Mineral. version 2.0"
The Mineral Version 2.0 project was created to show the unnoticed things
and provide a better understanding of them. The project is devoted to nature as
a context of an uncontrolled and uncertain process in which we humans are also
included. It's not only about the understanding of the territory - reserve,
forest, part of the country, not only in the understanding of the visible -
leaves, trees, animals, etc.
Where is the difference between harmless, unconscious inclusion and self-mutilation?
What do you think nature sounds like? Is it just bird singing and the noise of
a mountain stream?
It is time to get introduced to the territory of the coexistence of man
and the habitat, shift focus from selfish anthropocentrism to the idea of a
conscious "neighborhood" with the environment.
The project focuses on the impact of humans on their environment and the
assumption of what the newest sedimentary layer of Earth 's crust created from
plastic will look like. This is a completely new layer in the history of planet
Earth, created exclusively during the Anthropocene era. The layer does not
interact with the surface. With the help
of groundwater micro-plastic shreds carry viruses and bacteria. The layers
themselves are utopian - they look like the debris of ice, as if not subject to
the general mechanics of nature, are a kind of implants in the Earth 's crust.
