In this sculpture Helen tells a story of one of her “souls”. She creates a highly personal portrait of the character without disclosing their identity to the viewer. This way the artist explores the themes of intimacy, familiarity, and recognition. Anvor writes: “I know this soul well. She is in pain all her life, I know all her dreams and hopes, that she hides behind a scared large-eyed monster. But I do not have the right to offer her my hand and help, just to return to the hell of existence later.”
