The Spring of Water represents the source of everything that is good and just in the world, such as love, kindness, tenderness, the impulse to build and create, as opposed to the will of destroy. To represent this positive force I choose the water since it is the source of life on our planet.
Two hands hold a vase from which a single drop of water drips through the length of the vase. The hands represent humankind, which has the potential and, therefore, the choice, to hold the vase gently and allow water to be available to everyone, or to keep the vase sealed, forbidding others to take the water, or even, to shatter the container entirely.
