"The riverbed" is the footprint of the river that is at the bottom of the dirt road that borders my childhood home. At that time, I used to play there with my sister. In the summer, we would go up the river against the current, and in the winter we would go up on the ice. It's been a few years now that the river is dried up. I then collected about ten stones which today form a small path. In order to reconstitute the bed of the river, I coated these stones with a sheet of moistened parchment paper to keep their imprint. Like a ritual, it is by giving water to these stones which are then deprived of it that the bed of the river is drawn.
