Material: Pen,Paper,Various parts for robots.
In a TV show, a scientist spends a few hours a day in one room with a bunch of small robots that have intelligent chips of the latest generation. It explores their ability to share a common space.
This gave me the idea to make robots that arbitrarily draw their movements with a pen on paper. These robots are not complicated to build and program. This is what children do in the robotics section in elementary school.
The robots have radar sensors for obstacles. From the set parameters, the robots move forward and backward, the sensors move left and right. Whether the robot will move left or right is not completely influenced by the sensors for obstacles. This may mean that the robot has some intelligence and the ability to make decisions.
The work is a continuation of my project "Synchronicity", which I started working on in 2016. It talks about the fact that nothing is accidental.
I ordered the parts for the robots online, as well as the programs and instructions on how to make them. The space in which the robots move is as arbitrary as the paper they draw on. I would present this as a video project with robots measuring 17x16x13cm. and 16x9x13 cm. Added robot drawings that can be of different dimensions. The original drawings are: 100x140.cm. and 70x100 cm.
