The interactive installation is constituted of five tilted, double-sided projection of seascapes disorderly placed in the darkness. Through optical illusion, a vast yet complete seascape panorama of beautiful sunset could be seen out of the discontinuous, tilted horizons in particular conditions and viewing angles.
By turning the knob on each over-head projector to change the focal length, audience could view the total fifteen sections of information positioned between layers of celluloid films in different altitudes.
The hidden texts of folklore, history, science, fishery, technology and journalistic writings of smuggling, trafficking as well as offshore crime from across the world, thus become a hint, toward the fact that the interconnected waters as an entire, complex macro-system on this planet. However, the sea level has never been even, and the horizontal line at infinity has never existed, either.
