Report, and Action

"Report, and Action" is a kind of tradition. We collect information from different places and present them to leaders. After they issue all those documents, they let citizens understand the spirit and direction of the development, and then, fully spread out, implement. While we met difficulties and report back in the process, leaders will issue more detailed documents to guide us and overcome difficulties, until we achieve our purpose comprehensively. After that, we set up new goals, and start all over again under the leadership.
