In “Rawness”
the artist is researching the relation between nature and the human artifact by
achieving in the same weaving structure higher and lower levels of complexity
intended as artificiality. Inside the typical warp and weft structure, abnormal
fields appear that in a process of reversing the weaving procedure they became
sentences of a raw language overposed to the balanced ordinary matrix. Normality
is disrupted by the overwhelming quantity of the repeated weft free passings,
over and under the weaving creating new ways of complexity as ingredients of
the plurality of existence.
