Radical Time consist of an assemblage of different materials, such as Lambda, COR-TEN, black and red clay. mounted as a wall based installation. The work included three sculptures and a pictures produced in the contest of the long term project Papaver Rhoeas (2016 - 2017). The work is a mature version of the work I started during the St Martin's session of "Remember Nature - A Day of Action with Gustav Metzger and the students of St Martins" in 2015, in which themes such as the Climate Crisis and the Sustainability of the art system where addressed collectively by us and Gustav Metzger in active learning workshop. The production of Papaver Rhoeas involved two art residency programs (Enclave 2016 e Bridge Art Noto 2017) and many hours of work outdoor in the rural contest, in which the clay where responsible sourced, manufactured and fired. Those sculptures presented as part of the installation are later version produced in studio.
