"The Passiflora is the flower of the Passion of Christ that covers the entrance to the garden of my house" and in the work, it symbolizes the difficulties that human beings experience when facing a choice. Important decisions can be perceive as open windows in life, so this window wants to show the psychological and spiritual dimension of reaching a decision and passing through a phase.
While looking at this new reality the Self face a previous passage of metamorphosis represented in the frame through the superimposition of points of view. This frame is later abandoned with the presence of the painting, when following the light like entering in a garden.
Each of the wooden or metal pieces that build the frame belong to the past, they are selected to recreate a window, full of layers and points of view: it seeks to express the psychological limits, fears, experiences, relationships coming along with everyone during a choice, which however must be taken from the center, from the essence, independent and unique.
The window is open, the work is born in a moment of certainty and determination, it wants to move and invite the viewer to experience his/her own freedom.
