MOULDSCAPE - the landscape of form

MOULDSCAPE assumes the presentation of ceramic forms inspired by gypsum casting moulds used in ceramic plants, but also signalling the landscape of the form - the skills of craftsmen who make gypsum moulds and whose effort and participation in the production process hardly anyone knows. The ceramic towers are like futuristic skyscrapers, and are cast in the same way in which vessels are cast. The starting point for the concept was a visit to one of the stoneware factories in Boleslawiec.
