Proceeding
with the search for symbolic and material lightness, I started experimenting
with a new method that I've called "Lightness Technique", in which I cut
and assemble recycled cardboard to form the molds in which I pour the porcelain
or other liquid clays I have prepared, to create the vases I designed. I like
the imperfection of the shape due to this process and the geometric texture
that the cardboard imprints on the surface of the vases when the clay is still
fresh!
I've used copper for the color of the surface. The green is where the colour is lighter than the black, where the copper is thicker.
The price refers to both High and Low green vases.
The low green vase has the following measure - h. 28, base 12. cm.
The high green vase -h. 37- base 13 cm.
