The
accumulation of waste is not the only example of the permanent and continuous
invasion of natura carried out by human beings. Power lines have become a
plague. This piece tries to express this issue through ivy built with cables.
In the same way that plants look for light to carry out photosynthesis, the
plugs of this ivy look for a source of electrical energy with the aim of feeding
and satisfying our energy dependence. We live in a society more and more
dependent of electrical energy, which is even greater with the long-awaited decarbonization
of our economies.
