The installation consists of eight cocoons, for the production of which strips of foil (materials from photopolymer etching) were crocheted. They are both solid and flexible, translucent and the light plays on their surface. They are empty. They can be experimentally "installed" in different contexts.
The idea came about while thinking about modernity, the future or futures and longings.
In "Empty cocoons 2", the cocoons are lying in the Sand as if they had been lying there for a long time. The word love written in the sand, with a heart, is perhaps reminiscent of wishes and longings that people on the beach simply write - while walking - in the sand.
