The installation consists of two watercolor painted on paper measuring 130 x 130 cm each, and two ceramic piece glazed with calcines of Ø 33 x 10 cm each approximately on a floating white shelf of 30 x 30 cm.
The work deals with the rupture of family legacies, the imperfections and inherited structures that break down.
I traced pots that had belonged to my grandmother. Before the first baking of the piece, I applied pigments with water until it breaks the piece generating flaws, and unprogrammed results. Finally, I did the final cooking.
In watercolor I painted the same vessel, a place of longing. Looking for a new landscape in the everyday.
