The body inhabits the house where daily domestic happenings take place. In it, basic actions such as eating, getting dressed, climbing the stairs, resting, and using the furniture are framed in geometries that configure the space to accommodate the human body. In this internal geography, the standards of shape, use and purpose of spaces and objects determine the construction of what is considered fit to live in. The last national census of disabled people DANE 2010 shows that there are 2,018,078 persons with some kind of physical, mental or communication condition.
