"Cross" has a clear semantic meaning. As a symbol of death in Western culture, it appears together with the steamed buns arranged in a matrix that symbolizes order (system), further enriching the meaning of the work. The artist avoids those private, personal and obscure languages, making the work have a certain public character. Art work should be like this, intervening in our culture and social life in the form of a social action. It revolves around event topics but is more in-depth and broad. The work should try to avoid some events (hot spots, rapid changes, experience consensus, etc.) Pay more attention to structure, and even influence and guide our social life.
