All of the presented pieces comprised in "Telurica" installation are a combination of organic material, such as bones, stones, leather and seeds that the artist have found and collected by the artist. To create these juxtaposed compositions, fragments from animal and natural sources are appropriated in the body of work, resulting in pieces that are extremely fluid and sensual, evoking in the same time a sacred status and anachronism for each work, through drawing and sculptural processes. Amidst the new age of spectacle, technology and abrupt changes to the human communication, the artist proposes to the viewer a rescue of the primary senses and needs of man, questioning the loss of our attention to our most archaic knowledges, even when we assume it was purely conceived by instinct or intuition - key aspects of the practice and body of work presented since 2008.
