Alcoport.

Interactive kinetic sculpture from scrap metal: "Alcoport".  

The theme is "Imitation". This is an attempt to imitate a different material in a figurative sense using scrap metal.

 In this case, with the help of scrap steel reinforcement, the image of a faceted glass was created through which the Greek god of winemaking Bacchus passes like a tightrope walker. The figure of Bacchus is not fixed rigidly, but is balanced and mounted with the help of a counterweight in the form of a grape bunch in such a way that it seems that the tightrope walker is really balancing and walking along the cable.

The space inside the object can be used for a group performance, referring to the  Carnival: the masks of the carnival characters can move between the bars, inviting spectators to a round dance inside a wine glass, celebrating freedom .
