In this work, made of concrete and cement with egg white, there is a faded color that has been applied to glossy sheets and then transferred to the surface of the concrete while it is still fresh. It is the color of an image from the past, which I recorded in a drawing and then attempted to reproduce, relying solely on memory, resulting in various shades. The title refers to a physical dimension I encountered during a hydraulic incident in my studio – the exact depth of the sewer channel running beneath the street adjacent to my studio.
