Wild Herbes I form a series of five photographic works that are born from the observation of wetlands characterized by an alternation of blades of grass, water and soil. Each work can function both individually or as a whole in a series.
'Equipped with my camera, the creations are born during my walks in nature,' Daisy Wilford says. 'The camera operates as a sketchbook or diary and is the basis for the creation of the printed material. This amazing physical reality creates astonishment that inspires me to process the images into shapes, colors and harmonies.'
