We are not what we seem in the light of day

I found this picture in Figeiras. Quite touristic place because of Dali's museum here. For the rest it's small Europian city with narrow streets and many paintings on the wall. It so sunny day and I was walking through streets which names I don't already remember. My eyes stucked on this area, which always happenes when my brain somehow recognize interesting thing gor me. This difference between shape of lantern and it's own shaddow created philosopical thoughts in mind.

Do we usualy same as shadow that we through to the world by our deeds and thoughts? Are we what we seem to other people?
