The debate of the Tibetan monks. While language can be a barrier, it is easy to follow the rhythm and pace of their debate. The one standing presents concepts and ideas, with a wind up and clap for emphasis. The seated monk, patiently waits for the presentation to be completed, and then quietly suggests flaws, strengths and alternative passages to consider. The deliverer considers, adjusts and tries once again. The art of discussion survives here. Cameras are not allowed, but phones are? Perhaps to more widely spread the dissipating concept that talking with each other and sharing ideas is the best way for understanding each other.
