Our era is a formidable system of possibilities. "Nothing is impossible, only the limits of our minds define some things as inconceivable" as quoted by contemporary writer Marc Levy, which is reminiscent of the American propaganda of 1943, during the Second World War, by J. Howard Miller: «We Can Do It!». And the movement of goods like that of humans has become a sophisticated activity that only a global pandemic has been able to slow down and stop. Yet the climate emergency has never been so difficult to overcome, transforming the value of our food and our relationship to transport.
The series proposes to return to the origins of trade through language. It refers to a current reality where human relations and economic exchanges are standardized in large cities, and no longer take place essentially in a geographical neighborhood setting. The body has disappeared questioning what makes the world work, on earth as in the air.
