"Nothing is impossible, only the limits of our minds define some things as inconceivable" as quoted by contemporary writer Marc Levy, which is reminiscent of the American propaganda of 1943, during the Second World War, by J. Howard Miller: «We Can Do It!». And the movement of goods like that of humans has become a sophisticated activity that only a global pandemic has been able to slow down and stop. Yet the climate emergency has never been so difficult to overcome, transforming the value of our food and our relationship to transport.
