“For One To Leave” is part of my series “When Live Became Elusive” which deals with processes that challenge life through the dissolution of habitual female living conditions, the irritations that arise from this, and the need to deal with them and regain courage and hope. A series about the disappearance of life and time, and the necessity of letting go. Without beginning, but not endless, without end, but not aimlessly.
The photographed motif is merely the initial starting point for my creative process. My multi-layered artworks are artistic creativity with photography leading into a dance with and around the “real”, and playing with something beyond the photographed subject, showing the figure's potential, strength, and fragility.
