“BeyondMeToo” presents the message that violence and drugs are widely accepted, even endorsed, by the media. The work also suggests that vast and damaging consequences to large segments of the population flow from that acceptance. Indeed, I believe violence has become normalized in society and, in fact, demanded for its vicarious, stimulating and entertaining impact. While efforts do exist to regulate that impact, those efforts are slow to materialize and have little, if any, ameliorating effect
