Pinhole photograph 9862_01 is my attempt to immerse myself in the world of pinhole photography in a way that not only reflects my fascination with landscapes but also my desire to process reality through various media and depart from the conventional way of portraying the world.
The pinhole camera, which I handcrafted, has become a tool for expressing my unique perspective on the world around me. It's a device that allows me to expand the point of view and approach in how I perceive and feel reality.
In the case of this particular photograph, I'm experimenting with a triple exposure created by multiple pinholes in the camera. It's an expression of my desire to bring out the depth and complexity of the landscape, which might remain hidden in a traditional approach. Through multiple openings, I allow light and shadows to dance together, revealing many layers simultaneously.
The colors used in this photograph, which draw from my painting style, are meant to give the image a subtle, almost dreamlike quality. I want the viewers to sense that this is not just a classical representation of a landscape but also a journey into emotions and imagination.
This pinhole photograph is an attempt to tell a story about the landscape that goes beyond what is typically visible. It's my invitation to the viewer to discover these hidden depths with me.
