Video performance work that represents the pain of
the blood, the pain of the flesh that melts, hiding the identity in spaces of
violence. It consists of a video that records the artist holding a frozen red
circle made of water, menstrual blood, and paint. The circle is a symbol of
unity, motherhood, representation of the nest, the mirror, the aureole, the
flesh, the cell, the planet, from the micro to the macro, a universal symbol
that slowly melts with the heat of the body until it disappears. in the hands
of the artist and that remains in her clothes but does not penetrate her body
in color but temperature. The material imagined in this work represents all
possible states of violence that do not disappear because they leave traces and
scars on a personal and social level.
