This performance was born from my project Radici, a carpet made entirely with flour, reminiscent of bread, an important element in my culture and in the house where I grew up in Morocco.
The gestures of the hands on the flour resume the movements made for the realization of the bread, but at the same time it is as if it were going to cancel the work and then make it come back to life, thus showing its extreme delicacy. That contrasts with the concrete floor of Tadao Andō .
